Alisha addresses the transactional and litigation needs of individuals, businesses, and community associations. Her diverse practice includes representation in complex commercial real estate matters, construction disputes, and business planning and development. Client engagement is central to Alisha’s representation – she takes the time to involve her clients and incorporate their goals, concerns, and input to best meet their legal needs.
Alisha is an active member of the legal community. She was recently appointed to the board of directors for the Okaloosa Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Alisha was also appointed to the Florida Bar Committee on Diversity and Inclusion. She has been invited to present at American Bar Association conferences and Florida seminars on a wide range of topics, such as contract law, community association regulations, and using technology to improve client services.
Outside of the office, Alisha enjoys diving, boating, international travel, and other adventures with her family.
